There's a problem with my order.

If you have issues with your order, email hello@magnethaus.com within 7 days from when it was delivered.

Where is my order?

Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If it hasn't been updated for a while, let us know!

When will my order ship?

We ship out orders Monday-Friday from Texas. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we are always expanding our shipping destinations!

What is your return policy?

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at hello@magnethaus.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I clean magnets?

Magnets can be cleaned with a soft cloth.

Do not drag or slide magnets across surfaces. Handle magnets gently and test on a small surface before using.
